We want you to be fully satisfied with Go Camp Scout. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, you can:
- Visit paddle.net and use their refund request flow, or
- Contact us at Natalia.schlauch@gmail.com and we'll help coordinate the process with Paddle.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exceptions
Refunds apply to subscription and premium feature purchases. One-time camp booking deposits or payments made directly to camp providers are subject to the individual camp's own cancellation and refund policies, which are shown at checkout.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Cancellation stops future billing; you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
